Delivery time varies from 3 to 10 working days,
depending on availability of the chosen style and size and weather it has to be produced if not in stock.
In case You need the garment for a particular event,
our teem will finish Your order with priority before the pointed date!
Describe the event and its date in the "comment" field when finishing Your order !
When You have finished the order, our consultant will call You with more details and a precise delivery date.
In case You have chosen the "made-to-measure" service or a detail to be customized, our consultant will discuss with You all options and details for the productiont of the outfit !
If the garment You ordered needs some additional ammendment to fit You perfectly,
our atelier will do it for You absolutely free of charge :o)

Even if You have worn your Valeria Carlo outfit for a while and have damaged it unintentionally,
we will fix it for You without any additional charges,
no matter how long ago it was purchased and how many times You have worn it :o)
If You decide that the garment You purchased is not suitable for You, it can be replaced with another item of Your choice !
In case the price of the newly chosen item is lower than the amount already paid, we will be happy to restore the difference.
In case the price of the newly chosen item is higher than the amount already paid, we will give You the option to pay the difference.
Delivery expences upon the exchange are on us ! (Only within the country Bulgaria)
To be able to guarantee all your legal rights,
we reccomand to inform us via e-mail about the item You wish to exchange up to three days after You have received it !
The exchange is accepted only if the item is not damaged by the customer, the garment is in its original packaging that is kept intact and with all tags and labels !
Garments made to order, according to the customer's individual preferences, can not be exchanged !
These are items the client purchased choosing the "made-to-measure" option from the SIZE menu, or choosing a size that is pointed to be "made-to-order" only. Not available for return are also the personally customized garments - when in the CUSTOMIZE menu the client has chosen any other option than "unchanged".

If the garment ordered is not suitable for You and You wish to return it,
You can do that easily and we will restore the amount paid for it !
